Higher engineered binding strips
These patented self-configuring strips are the cornerstone of our revolutionary binding techniques. A single thermal adhesive strip produces durable tape binding without the need for stapling or taping. This initial discovery also led us to innovations in perfect binding (Perfectback® strips) and hardcover binding strips. All our binding strips form faster, stronger binds; and come in a variety of finishes and colors.

Covers
We make two types- covers for tape binding and covers for hardback books. Both are available in a wide array of shades and materials to add richness and elegance to your presentation.

Foil printer cartridges
Our Foilfast® Printer prints foil designs for covers. Our Powis Printer® creates foil titles for spines. Both print in up to 7 colors and are a fast, inexpensive alternative to foil stamping.

	Bindercover These covers are designed to coordinate with the best-selling Super Strip™ binding strips to give your document a polished final result. Bindercovers come with or without windows.	Bindercovers are available in Black, Dark Gray, White, Maroon, Dark Green, and Dark Blue. Covers are available in: standard (8 1/2"x11") or oversized (9"x11").Available in quantities of: 100 covers/pack, 10 packs/carton.
	Comp Cover This smooth-textured cover is specially designed for use with the Foilfast® Printer. When combined with the color-coordinated Comp Strip™ binding strips, these covers give your document a clean, unified appearance.	Available in quantities of: 100 covers/pack, 10 packs/carton.
	Clear Cover Designed to withstand the high temperatures of thermal binding, Clear covers will not warp or melt during the bind cycle. These 7 mil poly covers work in any Fastback® machine. Clear covers can also be foil-printed with the Foilfast® printer.
	Halfback The Halfback™ covers feature a one-piece spine and cover to give your document a clean, seamless look. Whether it is an employee handbook or your company's annual report, with Halfback™ covers, your document covers are limited only by your imagination. Using one of our Microsoft Word templates, or your favorite graphic design program, you can easily design your own covers. Print out your cover on an ink-jet printer and bind the entire document with a Fastback® machine.	Colors Available: Halfback™ covers are available in white, black, dark green, maroon, and dark blue. Covers are available in standard (8 1/2"x11") or A4 sizes.

	Super Strip The Super Strip™ is a rugged, multi-purpose binding strip capable of strong tape binding in 17 seconds. Use the Super Strip to quickly and durably bind any document. It is the ideal choice for foil-printing spine titles with the PowisPrinter®, or for making hard cover books.	The 16 vibrant colors allow you to closely match your document covers for a consistent look and tone. 	Lx-Strip This unique binding strip is designed specifically for use with the Fastback® 8x system. The Lx-Strips are available in a Super Strip, Comp Strip and Perfectback versions. The Lx-Strips use the same thermal adhesive technology as our other strips, so you are assured of good, strong binding results.	Available in 11 popular colors: Black, White, Dark Blue, Bright Blue, Dark Gray, Dark Green, Jade Green, Maroon, Yellow, Purple and Red. Binding capacity:* Narrow: 10-125 Medium:126-250 Available in 8.5", 11", A4, and A5 lengths.
	Speed Strip True to its name, the Speed Strip is formulated to bind a book in approximately 10 seconds, resulting in a throughput of 240 books per hour. 	Perfectback Strip The Perfectback® binding strips add perfect binding to your Fastback® 15xs binder's capabilities. You can use a wide variety of cover stocks to create the document look you want. Covers can be offset, ink-jet, or laser printed. Even covers with heat-sensitive inks or toner-based digital printing may be used. Perfectback® Lay Flat (LF) Strip The LF strip is best choice when the book must lay open when it is placed on a table. This patented binding strip is designed to allow the book block to hinge freely from the spine, much like a hard cover book. You get a book that opens easily without creasing or damaging the title surface of your spine. It is an ideal choice for technical manuals, cookbooks, sheet music, or anywhere you need a book that can stay open hands-free to a specific page. With the LF strip, the wraparound cover is not thermally bound to the book block, so you can use heat-sensitive cover materials without worry. Perfectback® Pressure Sensitive (PS) Strip PS strips have a pressure sensitive adhesive to bind the book block to the cover. As with the LF strips, you may use heat-sensitive printing methods and cover materials for your wraparound covers. The entire spine is permanently attached to the book block. The PS strip is a good choice when you are using covers that cannot be subjected to heat. Perfectback® Temperature Activated (TA) Strip The TA strip binds a wraparound cover to the book block using the same adhesive that is binding the book block. The final step is done in the Fastback® binder, permanently attaching the spine of the book block to the cover. Covers using heat-sensitive inks, or digitally printed covers are not recommended for this product. The TA strip is the quickest way to create a durably bound book.	Strips are available in three widths: Narrow, Medium, and Wide (up to 350 sheets), and lengths including 11" and A4. Powis Parker can also provide custom lengths. There are three types of Perfectback binding strips, giving you a range of binding options.

Printer Cartridges

Foilfast Cartridges Cartridges for the Foilfast® Printer are available in seven metallic colors: Gold, Silver, Black, White, Red, Blue, and Green. We also offer a primer cartridge that applies an undercoat to improve print quality on certain media, such as the Clear Covers and Suede Foilfast Title Sheets. The foil printing is extremely durable and scratch-resistant. Cartridges are packed five to a carton.

PowisPrinter Cartridges The cartridges for the PowisPrinter® are available in seven metallic colors: Gold, Silver, Black, White, Red, Blue, and Green. The foil is permanently stamped onto to strip and will not flake off. One cartridge provides approximately 200 printed narrow strips with average coverage. Your results may vary depending you image and text coverage requirements. Cartridges are packed five to a carton.
