Foam Board
Foam Board is our most economical mounting board. Our Foam board has a polystyrene resilient core with clay coated paper. Foam board is excellent for mounting with all adhesives, screen printing and fabrication. It resists dents and works well in mounting presses and laminators. Foam board is light, cuts easily and is available in white, all-black and select colors. Thicknesses of foam board are 1/16", 1/8", 3/16" and 1/2" and we offer many sizes of adhesive coated foam boards. |

Heavy Duty Foam Board
For more rigid and flatter requirements, we feature Bienfang MightyCore foam board. Made from a denser and stronger foam, Mightycore foam board resists warping and denting. It is made with the same clay coated papers, so its mounting and printing capabilities are excellent. |
| Gator foam board
is our premium board. Made with a wood based surface, Gator foam is extremely rigid, weight bearing and very flat. Gator foam board is the choice for projects where the board is going to be handled repeatedly (i.e. tradeshows) or transported. Gator foam board can be cut with many knife systems and can be fabricated with wood working tools. Available in white and black, we offer Gator foam board in both 3/16" and 1/2" thicknesses. |
We stock both Sintra and corrugated plastic boards for mounting. Sintra is a lightweight plastic board and is homogeneous with color and cell density evenly distributed. We stock both Black and White Sintra 1/8" (3mm) and 1/4" (6mm) thick. Other sizes and colors are available.
