Set up and in-depth operator training is typically part of the deal. We make sure that the product has arrived in top operating condition and that it produces the results that have been promised. We make sure that the customer is well trained in making our products perform to their maximum capability. We do it by bringing ourselves and our support to the customer location at the time of startup.

Our Service Agreements are complete and affordable. They assure continuous successful operation of the product covered by the agreement, with on-site repairs, parts inventory and experienced staff.

Cyndi Christie
President and Owner

Cyndi joined McIntire in 1991 to handle the finances of the business. Over the years Cyndi added additional responsibilities covering Inside Sales, Service and Material Handling. Working alongside the founder, they have grown McIntire into an industry leader. In September of 2007, Cyndi became the Owner of McIntire and in 2017 acquired Image Communictions.  Ensuring our customers are provided the best support is her main priority.

Alan Dorson
Sales and Marketing

Alan joined McIntire as a sales representative in 1990. After a brief departure away from McIntire, he returned in the summer of 2009. With extensive product knowledge and industry experience, Alan is a tremendous resource to our customers. Alan will also be working with the marketing team at McIntire coordinating our web site, catalog and other marketing programs and initiatives.

Peter Hutchinson
Senior Account Representative

Peter has been with Image Communications since 1996.  An industry veteran, Peter is focused on the needs of his customers.  Finding the best products and solutions to his customer's applications is what makes Peter such a valuable asset to his customers.

Chuck Ridlon
Senior Account Representative

Chuck joined McIntire in 2002, bringing with him over twenty years of industry experience. Chuck is a native of Maine, and shares his product expertise with the businesses located in his home state. Chuck is well versed in all of the products offered by McIntire, and is uniquely qualified to recognize and meet the needs of the Maine business community.

Michael Glisson
Senior Service Technician

Michael joined McIntire in 1994 in the Service Department. Michael has attended extensive training programs offered by many of the manufacturers that are represented by McIntire. Michael's strengths are technical expertise and professionalism in a wide variety of products.

David Ridlon
Senior Technical Service Specialist

David joined McIntire in 2002 after many years of technical service experience in the Maine, specializing in binding, laminating and paper handling products. David was born and raised in Maine, and is regarded as a top-notch technician and product specialist throughout the state.

Kevin Leighton
Senior Technical Service Specialist

Kevin joined Image Communications in 2000 covering the states of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. Kevin specializes in the service of binding, laminating and paper handling products.  Kevin is a great addition to our Service team.

Marcia Merrow
Customer Care Supervisor-Marketing

Marcia joined McIntire in 1995 in Administration. Her display of sincere interest in providing superior customer service won her a position in the Customer Service Department. Marcia has excellent credentials in custom and stock products, and has expertise in the full product line.

Ami Perry
Customer Care Specialist

Ami joined McIntire's inside sales team in 2001. After a brief departure away from McIntire, she returned in the spring of 2011. Ami takes pride in finding solutions for customer's needs and keeping them updated on the stock and custom products that McIntire is a source for. She is excellent at keeping good communication with existing customers and earning new business. Ami has expertise in the full product line.

Scott Thompson
Material Handling Specialist

Before Joining McIntire in 2011, Scott was a Quality Assurance Manager in the precision sheet metal industry. Scott brings his 27 years of experience with detail to McIntire. In addition to shipping and receiving, Scott is responsible for inventory control.

Deb Pace
Accounting

Deb joined the McIntire team in the fall of 2017.  She will be handling the accounting at McIntire Business Products and Image Communications.  Deb's background and previous experience is an asset to all of us and our customers.
